The Telepresenz® application facilitates video-based collaboration between remote field users and experts or support teams, enabling real-time visual guidance as needs arise. Its integrated workflow management module lets field personnel receive and complete assigned jobs on their devices using digital, step-by-step work instructions and attached reference materials.
